Job Description:

• Process and review invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Manage accounts payable transactions, including data entry and reconciliation of vendor statements.
• Utilize financial software including QuickBooks to maintain accurate records and streamline processes.
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Work in a team-based environment providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.

• Minimum one year of business-related courses from a recognized College, University, Business School, or comparable work experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• The ability to multi-task, problem solve and maintain an organized work environment.
• Strong desire to provide excellent customer service.
