Job Description:

- Process and review invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage accounts payable transactions, including data entry and reconciliation of vendor statements.
- Utilize financial software including QuickBooks to maintain accurate records and streamline processes.
- Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Work in a team-based environment providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
Education/Skills:
- Minimum one year of business-related courses from a recognized College, University, Business School, or comparable work experience.
- Basic computer skills.
- The ability to multi-task, problem solve and maintain an organized work environment.
- Strong desire to provide excellent customer service.
- To be focused on the client’s needs while maintaining their confidentiality.
- Ability and desire to work as a member of a team.
- To comply with the rules and regulations of those organizations to which we are accountable.
- To have high ethical and professional standards of conduct.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
